Terms of Service

Effective: July 2026

1. The service

Yardscaper generates AI-powered landscape design concepts from photos you upload. Designs are visualizations for inspiration and sales discussion only — they are not construction plans, planting schedules, or engineering documents, and actual results depend on site conditions, budget, and your landscaping professional.

2. Accounts & fair use

One free trial per person. Plans include a monthly design allowance; add-on packs never expire. You may not resell raw API access, automate bulk generation beyond your allowance, or attempt to circumvent usage limits. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or attempt to farm free credits.

3. Your content & our output

You keep ownership of photos you upload and confirm you have the right to use them. You may use generated designs commercially (client presentations, proposals, marketing of your own services). Free-tier outputs carry our watermark; paid tiers control their branding as described on the pricing page.

4. Billing

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled and are billed by Stripe. You can cancel, switch plans, or update payment details anytime via the billing portal — cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Failed AI generations automatically refund the design credit.

5. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided “as is.” AI output can be imperfect or inaccurate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before a claim. We are not liable for decisions made, or work contracted, based on generated concepts.
